You are not Good the way a true angel is Good, but your body may as well be. You are immune to spell effects that do not affect Good creatures, such as Holy Word or Holy Smite. Attacks you make count as Good for the purposes of bypassing DR. Spells with the [Good] descriptor that deal damage deal extra damage equal to your level; spells with the [Good] descriptor that do not deal damage last 2 rounds longer.

Abilities that can be used at least 3/day with the [Good] descriptor can be used 1/day more. While you do not detect as Good, spells that deal extra damage to Good creatures will do extra damage to you (since your body is the thing being affected).
