Elf — Ties to the First World

The First World lives on, however barely, in the elves. You have a +2 racial bonus to diplomacy checks against fae, and non-hostile fae begin one step friendlier towards you (usually Indifferent rather than Unfriendly).

Elves have a +2 racial bonus to all caster level checks, and the caster level of their spells is treated as 2 higher than it really is for the purposes of being dispelled or counteracted (but for no other purposes.)
